I had a delightful stay, with very friendly and helpful staff who promptly assisted me with my luggage. The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water and fridge available, which was a lovely touch.

Spacious Deluxe Triple Room, great for a group. Inexpensive rates for the area.

Stairs leading to rooms can be a hassle, especially when ground floor access is requested. Lack of housekeeping during stays raises concerns. Some areas smelling and visible wear in furniture detract from the experience.

The bed was big but the sheets had horrible stains.

Comfortable bed, clean room, great location, with a nice breakfast included, and quick check-in and check-out process were highlights of my stay.

Everything was exceptional.

Staying in the Standard Double Room revealed significant shortcomings. The heater was non-functional and the linens showed noticeable stains. communication with the staff was difficult, and the reception area lacked basic lighting during our return. the takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were enjoyable and the bed, despite its discomfort, was quite spacious.

It was just an optimal selection for a short visit in Leicester with great value for money. The staff member I met was friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Consider checking in early to avoid the rush.
